- Extraction runs locally on the user's own connection, not a shared proxy pool.
- Fields exported: business name, phone, website, address, latitude/longitude,
  star rating, review count, category, opening hours where published, social
  links where listed, and the place identifier used for de-duplication.
- The ~120-result limit is a per-query ceiling in Google Maps, not a per-city
  one. Grid extraction issues many smaller area-bounded queries and merges
  plus de-duplicates the results by place ID.
- Email is not a Google Maps listing field. Any email is discovered from the
  business's linked website, with realistic coverage of 20-40% of rows.
- Review data in the export is star rating and review count per business, not
  full review text.

## Limitations we state openly

- Lead Finder cannot run unattended or on a schedule; it needs a machine that
  is switched on. For pipeline or scheduled extraction, a cloud API is the
  correct tool.
- It has no API for other systems to call.
- It does not extract full review text, only rating and review count.
- No extractor can verify that a listing is current; Google Maps carries
  closed and stale listings and every tool inherits them.
