WappBlaster ("we", "our", "us") operates Lead Finder and this website. This policy sets out what personal data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information. When you buy a licence or start a trial we collect your name and email address.
- Licensing data. The software validates a machine identifier against our licensing server so a licence can be tied to one device.
- Diagnostics. Anonymised crash reports and error traces, used to fix defects.
2. How we use it
- To issue, activate and support software licences.
- To contact you about updates, support and, where you have not opted out, product news.
- To diagnose and fix faults in the software.
3. Data you extract with the software
Lead Finder runs locally. Business data you extract is written to your own disk and is never transmitted to us. We do not have access to it, do not store it, and cannot recover it for you if you lose it. What you extract, and what you subsequently do with it, is yours and your responsibility.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose data only where required by law or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. Retention
Licence and contact records are kept for as long as the licence is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and support purposes. Diagnostics are retained only as long as they are useful for fixing the fault they describe.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. Write to info@wappblaster.com and we will respond.
