Refund policy
Effective
Licence purchases are final and non-refundable. This is a strict policy and we would rather you know it before you buy than discover it afterwards.
Why
- You can test everything first. The free demo is the complete application running against live searches on your own machine. It is not a screenshot tour or a time-limited trial of a cut-down build.
- The product is a digital activation key. Once issued and activated it cannot be returned in any meaningful sense.
What we ask you to do before buying
- Install the demo on the machine you intend to use.
- Run a real extraction on a real target city in your actual category.
- Export the CSV and open it in whatever tool you plan to import it into.
- Confirm the coverage and field quality meet your needs.
If any of that does not work, contact support before purchasing. We would rather resolve it or tell you the product is not a fit than take payment for something that will not work for you.
What is covered instead
A non-refundable licence is not the same as no support. Within your licence term we will help with installation problems, activation failures, moving a licence to a replacement machine, and defects in the software. If the Software stops working because the underlying platform changed, fixing that is our job and is included.
