Terms of service

By using the Lead Finder software ("Software") or this website ("Service") you agree to these terms. Read them before installing or purchasing.

1. Licence and acceptable use

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Software on the number of machines your purchase covers.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to recover the source code of the Software.
• The Software collects publicly listed business information. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of that data complies with applicable law, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, local telemarketing rules and the terms of any platform the data originates from.

2. Payment

Licences are billed annually at the price shown at the time of purchase. A licence that is not renewed stops activating new extraction at the end of its term. Files you have already exported remain on your own disk and are unaffected.

3. Refunds

A fully functional free demo is provided so the Software can be evaluated before purchase. Because of this, purchases are final. See the refund policy for detail.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Software depends on the structure of a third-party platform that we do not control and that changes without notice; we issue updates in response to such changes but cannot guarantee continuous functionality across them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WappBlaster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Software or of data extracted with it. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continuing to use the Software after a change constitutes acceptance.
